The average price per square foot in Naples, Florida was $234- an increase of 43.6% compared to the same period last year.


The median sales price for homes in Naples from February 2013 to April 2013 was $233,582 based on 2,998 home sales. Compared to the same period one year ago, the median home sales price increased 23.9% –  or by $45,087. The number of home sales increased 11.5%.


The average listing price for homes for sale in Naples Florida was $758,279 for the week ending May 22,  an increase of 0.1%, or $960, compared to the prior week.
