While home buyers are being increasingly courted with newly constructed single-family home choices in the recently incorporated Village of Estero, there’s also an increase in developments that exclusively cater to renters. Current projects include: Estero Oaks, a 36-acre, mixed-used development of 280 residences set beside 130,000 square-feet of commercial space located at the intersection of Three Oaks & Estero Parkways; and Springs of Estero, a complex of 260 residences located off Ben Hill Griffin Road with units that rent from the $1,400s to $1,800s per month.
